Cara Peterson and Ivan – two of our Volkswagen staff having written the Volkswagen International Training Exam to become the first KZN Volkswagen Sales Executives to be Internationally Certified Sales Executives.
Cara Peterson & Ivan Lepan, having completed the 15 day training programme, sat the ITC (International Training Centre) Basic Training Exam in July 2008 to qualify as Certified Volkswagen Sales Executives. This training develops skills and knowledge in the areas of product and market knowledge, brand values and behaviour. The exam comprises a written and oral section, the oral section consisting of group discussion and role play. This qualification has already been used successfully in 50 countries and we are most proud of the fact that Cara & Ivan are the first candidates to achieve this qualification in Natal.
